Mental Coach is assist you to move forward, coaching, a client works with a coach who is not a healthcare professional to clarify goals and identify obstacles and problematic behaviors in order to create action plans to achieve desired results. The main way that a life coach vs. therapist works is that the life coach takes the client’s current starting point as an acceptable neutral ground and is more action-based from that point onward. A life coach enables the person receiving treatment to take control of their life and take action to steer it toward their goals.

Therapy, also called counseling or psychotherapy, is a long-term process in which a client works with a healthcare professional to diagnose and resolve problematic beliefs, behaviors, relationship issues, feelings and sometimes physical responses. The idea behind therapy is to focus on past traumas and issues to change self-destructive habits, repair and improve relationships and work through painful feelings. In this sense, therapy focuses on the past and on introspection and analysis, with the hope of resolving past issues and creating a happier, more stable future.

We understand how challenging it can be to evaluate professional compatibility based on a therapist’s profile. We’ve included professional and lifestyle information in our profiles to help you make a decision. Generally, the first few sessions will give you an idea of whether the therapist is a good fit for you to continue therapy with them.

We know that not everyone is compatible with one another, and that’s okay – normal, really. It’s important that you feel safe and comfortable with your therapist. It’s perfectly appropriate to voice out your opinions to your therapist about what is working or not working for you in therapy. There’s no obligation to continue therapy with a therapist whom you feel isn’t meeting your needs. You can let your therapist know about your decision to switch to another therapist of your choice or ask for a referral.

The costs for therapy typically include rental of space and facilities, operations and marketing, and therapists’ licensure and continuous training. We want to support our clients in getting therapy without worrying about the financial burden. This is why we operate within a co-working space, adopt a paperless approach, and continuously find ways to keep prices low for clients.

Hi, we are a Co-working & Co-practicing space for mental health providers such as psychologists, therapists, counsellors, mind coaches and life coaches

Currently, we have 1 location only which is at Damansara Utama and we are looking into opening at other locations. Can we know what is your preferred location?

We have two package, one is sharing coaching room and another one is private coaching room. Can we know what industry are you in to assist you better?

Private Coaching Room comes with 1 desk and 2-3 couches and its a private space of your own. It’ll be RM1200/month and can be used by maximum of 4 pax with 24/7 access. Its suitable for family therapy and individual therapy

For the sharing coaching room, its an affordable space for newbies that are just starting to practice. Sharing coaching room comes with one desk and 2-3 couches and suitable for family therapy or individual therapy

Nope, the Sharing Coaching Room is not shared with the public but it’s shared with other coaches. We don’t have day pass. it’s only for nestspace members, those that sign up with nestspace can use the nestspace facilities

The Sharing Coaching Room is shared with other coaches. Coaches need to do pre-booking for the room with us to avoid any clashes

Only for Private Coaching Room, 2 months deposit, Notice to be given at least 1 month prior

As for the sharing coaching room and private coaching room it comes with one working desk and 2 to 3 couches

The difference is that for sharing coaching room, it is shared with other coaches whereas for the private coaching room, it is not shared with others as its your own room.

We have two types of Sharing Coaching Room:

1) 4-Day Pass Sharing Coaching Room which can be used at any 4 days of the month including weekends (RM125/Month)

2) Unlimited Sharing Coaching Room which can be used for any amount of time in a month upon booking (RM350/Month)

It depends on the availability, advisable to book as early as you can
